I have been steadily accumulating shares in TIP.
The attractions are
The credibility of the personnel involved and they have a large stake in the company and continue to invest. Whether the nature of this investment has been structured to achieve this insider result - it doesn't matter as long as the value increases. Unfortunately the value is not yet reflected in the SP, but my accumulation is based on a few undeniable facts:
Book Value is $3.20 per share on a SP of $2.15 ???? with Shareholder Equity $86.8m and a Market Cap of $42.1m.
Go figure - what am I missing here?
