    Am i reading this correct that karl and pete do not have to pay back the loan anymore?

    The Co-Founders had a right to indemnity of legal costs under respective Indemnity, Insurance and
    Access Deeds and LiveTiles’ Constitution. Accordingly, the loans will not be repaid by the Co-Founders.
