    And because of the atrocious discount, actual returns to long term investors have been considerably worse than the fund NAV performance figures quoted in the monthly reports and I'm still underwater after about 7 years which is appalling.
    so it's hardly surprising that there is now "investor apathy towards closed ended funds"
