Honestly, your summary simply doesn't fit the facts.
Insisting that "Bad debts have to and will come into play" just sounds a bit like a certain president who is convinced that mail in voting will lead to the most rigged election in history, despite ample evidence to the contrary.
The evidence simply does not support the assertion.

Please explain your logic. Do you think defaults will go up or down with the APT growth strategy in the current climate?
