Its more likely creative accounting booked as 90 cents recoverable but subject to clawback by PROBE in following accounting periods

I have no idea how much they sell the debt for or any company for that matter - its clearly a hypothetical scenario i would of thought it wouldn't be greater than 19c to every dollar that seems very low.
