People don't realise how about mismanaged this company is. To buy a Hudson Pacific for $88 million, and then to offload it for nothing? Worse yet have to pay to decommission it ..
What kind of mickey mouse operation are they running ? Why not try to turn it around, since they only bought it 3 years ago.
What where they thinking of buying it in the first place. Where is the basic due dilligence.
