The share price is unmoved after today's news. Nobody is moved one way or another?
With other acquisitions in the pipelines, I guess there's not that much to worry about. Either due diligence is successful and they take it over, or they don't take it over and there's more funds available for the other acquisitions in progress.
Though is the acquisition is cancelled, I guess that would result in an EPS downgrade.
