Standard Chartered Singapore were prepared to put up $10 mil to back TEG @ .03, have already put in $3.5 mil, with the second tranche conditional upon getting the PASE renewal.
Suggests to me that there are a lot of people punting that all of this will work out and doing a lot of work to make it happen.
