re: Ann: Update regarding proposed downstream... According to the update, EXT management intend to make a recommendation to shareholders if/when CGNPC surpass 50% of Kalahari.
If they have any loyalty whatsoever to their shareholders, it has to be a very strongly worded "do not accept".
