Getting towards a very full valuation now you'd think at just under ~30x FY24e EPS for mature business (~760p bid), especially if yet another offer is made prior to Sep 30. Granted, earnings likely to get a boost again in FY25 from UK rate cuts, but still....
Frankly, all the commentary on the Murdoch family intrigue and empire building element also makes me uneasy.
