$200,100 (less whatever they can get from the R&D tax thing) is apparently Too Much - which doesn't really surprise me. Taking on the business as-is is a license to lose money - you can pay people full-time salaries so they can bring in $80K/quarter or whatever.
Being realistic you'd probably have to pay someone to take on the FGO business and its liabilities.
