I have taken to opportunity to reduce my holdings at these levels . Even though I see 40 % upside I can see that in a few other stocks and this was my biggest holding by far

let’s see what unfolds but IMA has served me well .

i will buy back some if it drops so I can support the board but the buying could do either way, either a TO or more likely to influence the vote.

I am most upset with Li as if he had come out and said he voting against the attempt would be virtually dead in the water

We have 1 billion shares on issue and only 26 million traded last week which moved the share price from 24 cps to 28 cps.

So it seems unlikely to be a takeover buyer given the limited trades, but rather one side or other topping up holdings.

Given the few shares traded we may not even get a new substantial shareholder notice.

I have also taken some profits given the risk reward.
