It doesn't feel like buying for a takeover in terms of the volumes, looks more like an increase in price to take into account the rising commodity prices.
My hope is that IMA flip the script and rather than be the takeover target, they bring in decent cash over the next couple of quarters and then launch an M&A themselves on ATR. Eliminate any talk of LOM issues forever.
