Hmm an MZ director is unhappy with the actions of MZ. Good I guess, but:
A question I would raise in regards to this would be if MZ actually needed a resolution of their own board to initiate hostile action against Image.... I would assume that this wasn't the case (?). I don't like MZ trying to spill the IMA board, but this notice looks like smoke without fire.
