    At the very least the Supreme Court with its almost anal focus on the written legislation and its processes will order the 249D illegal. Of course MZ can go through the correct motions a third time, but surely MZ credibility has been totally trashed. For mine they should be sent to the naughty corner with a box of crayons and the Australian Corporate Acts and procedures.
