Interesting development. ASX are obviously deliberating over the last response it received to their questions. If they deem those responses acceptable then there is no other reason to hold back the listing is there? Ultimately we are now as 'informed' as we could be on the NTA assuming the Directors and their advisers are not misleading us. The market will discount their NTA valuation obliviously based on the governance debacle and belief in the underlying real NTA.
But as you say @jazir1979 who will buy? The buy-back should kick in for that purpose but who knows what games are going on. All i know is i want to sell and put this behind me (with a substantial loss expected). No doubt the Board will commence a new related party 'scheme' that makes it all look great again for a new bunch of suckers. For now though please ASX consider us informed and permit us to trade accordingly.
