12c per AGS to be paid to shareholders...

No wonder some one just bought such large parcels half an hour before close - individual buys of $100k and over, at 15:33.

Then at 16:26 this announcement comes out.

Was the 12c per share previously known?
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Should we hold longer?

"XT" seems to indicate the 3:33:47 buy was through CommSec.
