The latest news out of Malaysia shows the government moving towards the recognition that this company is a boon to their economy and not a polluter; plus Australia and Japan are partners they want to keep rather than falling further under the 'expensive' Chinese investment influence. 

The tipping point is coming for supply and demand clashing visibly re. NdPr and EVs around 2020-21. The EV attention presently lavished on Lithium and cobalt etc will switch to the next investment idea which will be certain REE and Lynas will still at that stage be the only major ROW producer, although you may have several companies selling their raw material to processors as with the Rainbow RE model, and possibly Avalon as suggested in their latest release. Northern will probably also be supplying some of the heavies.
