Some excserpts from previous annoncements regarding Rum Jungle Uranium IPO

Rum Jungle Uranium is negotiating with veteran exploration geologist and former public
company founder, Mr David Muller, M.Sc, M.B.A., F.A.I.M.M. to take on the role as
managing director of Rum Jungle. It would also be Mr Muller’s role to develop a wider
shareholder base and seek a public listing for the company. Mr Muller, who retired from
public company directorships in 2000, has since specialised in identifying and generating
mineral prospects in the Northern Territory. Rum Jungle Uranium has agreed to acquire
additional tenements with uranium potential from Mr Muller.

Mr David Muller, M.Sc., M.B.A., F.A.I.M.M., has taken on the role of Managing Director of Rum Jungle Uranium and is working on developing a wider shareholder base for the company as well as seeking its public listing within the June quarter.

Transfer of Tenements to Rum Jungle Uranium
The Directors of Wasabi Energy Limited advise that it has transferred its three Northern
Territory Uranium tenements to its subsidiary Rum Jungle Uranium Limited. The
consideration for the transfer was 44 million shares and 10 million options in Rum Jungle
Uranium. The options are exercisable at 25 cents each and have a term of 3 years from
the date of issue.
Rum Jungle Uranium has issued an additional 12 million shares to exempt investors to
raise $1.5 million to fund its operations and with the intention of seeking a listing of the
company on ASX.

Anybody have any detail on Mr David Muller?

I like this bit.....
Mr Muller, who retired from

mineral prospects in the Northern Territory. Rum Jungle Uranium has agreed to acquire
additional tenements with uranium potential from Mr Muller.

I wonder how many additional tenements their are that could be transfered, and if acquired up to 7 years ago may be prime uranium tenemnts. Anybody know how to access detail on Mr Mullers tenemants?

With Rum jungle seeking its public listing within the June quarter the market is reacting now. Rum Jungle Uranium may be far better than the 4 tenements that we already know about.
