Reeve should be the director going IMHO, he's had his chance at the helm and refuses to come to terms with the reality of the current rut in the Uranium market plus his ongoing arrogance around his large remuneration, it feels like he is determined to take down the entire ship with him, he seems completely incapable of putting together any deals to maximise shareholder value of the assets of the company.
