But, who appointed the liquidator ?? Think about it !!

Obvioulsy no one of the Creditors present at the meeting threw any other names in the ring, and the present one has obvioulsy appointed himself as no one jumped up to fill the void/position.

I am very sceptical about the whole thing. Although I hope that the now liquidator will do a good job in doing some proper investigation. But, are there sufficient funds in the kitty to allow the proper investiagtion/audit to take place.???
