there is no way the deal is done close to NTA - otherwise stock would be trading around 3.00 now.
The reason brookfield interested is exactly for the reason that there is a significant gap to NTA. My guess is between 2.50 and 3.00. I hope i wrong but seen to many deals to know that mid 3s is out of question.
If they were getting 3.50 plus the deal would hve been sewn up long ago. Its opportunistic sure and one party, me, would have wished management didnt get into this trouble in first place. but hey thems the breaks. sp was mid 1s for long enough to average down and take advantage if you happen to buy earlier.
