    I think the overall anouncement reads rather positively.
    This announcement was vetted by legal teams for sure before going out.
    Aveo's intent, IMO, was to show that progress is positive but likely the legal details need more time than expected.
    I think a price has been agreed already, otherwise what is the point of continuing the talks?
    If Brookfield was not serious, why bother continuing a charade?
    Please remark both legal and financial adviser are specifically mentioned at bottom of release.
