I found this interesting: "...study protocol, we anticipate making an amendment.".
I guessing they've noticed something that isn't quite 100% and think they can improve outcomes with a slight change.
So, I expect we'll see at least a couple of patients with some issue during the first 25.
I think it was good of them to include this in the announcement.
