    re: Ann: Update to 2009 capital raising - Pla... I'm not annoyed w / 7 cents. That was what was feasible at that time and even though it diluted my holdings, I have taken up all my allocation and +.

    The upside - if that happens and it's still a big IF - should be / could be enormous IMO.
