    re: Ann: Update to 2009 capital raising - Pla... I believe that the 7cents/share allocation is better than the merge with PGL. IMO, if the merge occurs then AVX will be spending more money to add more staff coming from PGL. Now AVX can give the Phase III trial result and if it is good, you can get a better deal with the big Pharma.
