re: Ann: Update to 2009 capital raising - Pla... At first glance I thought this was OK, given US holders were not able to participate in the RI it seemed fair to give them a chance to reduce the amount of dilution. Then as I read the release it appears this is a new institutional investor i.e. no dilution.

Two issues - firstly the price, when we all anted up SP was sub 10c and these guys buy into a SP consistently north of 10c and maintaining a level of 13c + at the same price.

Secondly who are they? Names please I want to know who this US investor is and what else they're in. There has to be a more strategic reason for this placement to give this sort of discount to get them on the register.
