Winners will be those buying at these prices. Take advantage of the sell off, someone must be desperate coming to the end of the year for whatever reason to be selling for such a loss. You only lose if you sell. It's not justified by the current news, with contracts secured and funding for expansion now in the bank. Next year we will finally see the fruit.
