I feel for any 'investor' who is completely confused by this.. including me.
Let us say the last 12 months did not happen - no covid. And let us say Atomo was IPOing today. But with the vastly more manufacturing in place. And with the new HIV contract (approval) and with Lumos seemingly bounding ahead. I wonder if the IPO would fly at 20 cents. I assume yes, but what do I know.
