I guess it will depend on what the incentives are for the board and management. Hopefully the new blood will be motivated, skilled and incentivised to push the share price higher.
Real issue with POD is going to be how are they going to fund extracting the resource out of the ground. Hopefully with new leadership that won't be achieved by diluting existing shareholders too significantly.
