there are only 2 options or combination of the two:

1. CR
2. Debt
3. Combination of CR and Debt. This is the most common method by many developers.

Problem is POD is not a developer yet as they have to first drill part of the resource into indicated category, complete scoping study and PFS. If those studies show positive outcome then they can be considered developer as they move to DFS.

Right now they loosely drilled resource and nothing else. I spoke to them twice and told them that. If they want to be taken seriously they need to start infill drilling this resource now which will help with the scoping study.
