    It’s “easy” for the building maintenance bloke or anyone with some basic knowledge. I don’t think an average guy would be poking around in an electrical panel, right?

    Of course not. However DM regularly spruiked how it easy it was only to list a myriad of issues they ran into once they went to install. It was just one example that came to mind. There are many others.

    Thankfully my avg. price is quite low (8c). Hardly ideal but I await a possible s/t bounce as indicated by GB.
