The price of FATP is NAV of which it trades at NAV on the ASX. So instead of getting cash you are getting something that is close to cash. It does cost you brokerage and will cost you a slight % say <1pc spread looking the market spread. So all up its possibly a 4% discount but its heaps better than trying to get out of an illiquid stock.
