Absolute devastation of shareholder wealth for anyone who bought YPB shares at IPO 9 years ago.

At IPO, YPB shares were at par value, or 20.0c.

Not that anyone did, but if that person bought $1m worth of YPB shares back then at the IPO issue, upon this second consolidation where the share price is expected to be 2.0c, that $1m investment is now worth $400.

Here is the arithmetic...
$1m at 20.0c bought 5m shares.
The March 2022 25:1 consolidation saw the 5m shares become 200,000.
This coming June 10:1 consolidation shrinks that 200,000 to 20,000 shares.
YPB is hoping that at this consolidation, the share price goes to 2.0c.
20,000 shares at 2.0c comes to $400.

For the record, as at December 31, 2023, JH including his entities JFHH P/L and Bimm Corporation have been divesting of their YPB shareholding in significant chunks and at that time, they were down to 141m odd shares.
