As has happened, the wily old board said to first guys to match 2nd guys price and we will flick them. Fortunately the first guys agreed and the board got around the need of disclosing private things to the 2nd guys who at that stage were just looking and may have walked with nothing other than the intel revealed. A good play by board in my mind. Now if 2nd guy really wants in they will need cough up first guys break fee as well as an improved cash offer. Nice.
