The interesting bit was they tried to hide Stack's departure so deep in the announcement.
Just IMO, but that's a touch disrespectful to his importance in the firm over many years, and possibly a sign that all is not well. Time will tell.
Basically they're selling Funds Management at 70bps (on average, plus PF), when you can buy the same thing for 5bps or 10bps (with no PF). That's going to be a tough business model.
