Generally there is uncertainty when just the CEO changes as they are new to a business, untested and they will have their own ideas about driving the business forward for better or worse. The risk is if the strategy is for the worse.
In this case we have a new CEO wanting to make their mark (Sophia) who has decided to basically throw out the existing management team and start again. There is a significant clearing of the decks and change of the management and Investment team. This heightens the risk of something going wrong.
Although, saying that maybe PTM should take a leaf out of MFG's book, but rather than just appointing new managers, they just rationalise completely.
