cotopaxi, I thought 'in specie' means 'in it's current form'
Given that PTR are receiving Outback shares wouldn't it mean that we receive shares and not cash?
I am happy to stand corrected, but I can't find any announcements saying we will receive cash, although I would be happy to receive cash.
Can you expand a bit on your comments?
