have considered the same question after watching it slide for some time after the initial hype about the Nasdaq listing. IMO it has nothing to do with any technical issus of integration. The fundamentals we bet on are still there ie management is pushing ahead with good agreement even if it took a couple of announcements. it looks like it's the Covid issue, esp in Oz where there are constant new outbreaks n poor vaccine rollout. Even tho it can be applied remotely, closure of gyms has an impact. All temporary. People get restless waiting but the American market is big. Once this gets going it will suddenly bounce. Need patience for this one for LT smile.
