the fact bells are all over the offer is the evidence I reckon.. and every time the price wants to move higher its met with wall of selling .. don't think it's insto.. more sophisticated investors.. just trying to wonder how much longer this overhang is going to be there .. sophisticated investor shares will be held with the broker whilst institutional would not be and they wouldn't be selling through bells
