I run an eCommerce business that manufacturers and imports product from china with annual revenues of 8mill. We are a small business with 35 employees and i am nobody. We happen to be also be on the lighting space. We secured trade financing at 5.5% for 7 figures. We didn't need an advisory firm to negotiate the finance for us, and i certainly didn't pay anyone a dime to get us there.
As a shareholder in BUD since March of 2017 the recent events are pushing me to consider liquidating my stake in BUD and using it to invest in other worthwhile ventures. I asked the question on here to get people smarter then me to explain why a company would pay anyone 1.2 mill for secure financing and not 1 person gave a good reason. Great potential 2 years ago, but after how the execution has played out, this is looking more like a zero than a hero. As of this posting i still hold my shares but seriously...what the actual F are we all arguing about at this point?
