We dealt with them directly without the need of an advisor or facilitator or any other type of middleman. I literally called up 5 institutions and went through the motions of establishing who we were and what we were looking to do. Entire process took 5 weeks start to finish including a bunch of time wasting from 1 bank which will go unnamed.
