    You are incorrect on a couple things. The directors don't get paid a salary, they get issued stock, which is why you see the directors selling every now and then. So with the share price where it ism, in a way they have taken a pay cut.

    Also, if there was no LifX you said BUD would be in liquidation this year. That is highly unlikely. If you refer to the 4c report dated 31 Jan 2019, you'll see that the company had 15.1M in cash. A big chunk of that went to paying off the majority LiFx shareholder, plus there would have been significant lawyer and admin fees related to the acquisition. Easily over 1M would be my guess, maybe 2M. They still would have done the Buddy Platform cost reduction, and so there would have been a comfortable cash balance.

    So Lifx didn't stop liquidation. But it will dramatically improve the chance of being profitable by the end of the year.
