They are certainly stretching out the time frame to raise capital, my strong suspicions, especially with todays upward share price movements that a pile of money is coming our way, which is allowing them to run a little tight.
If they need cash urgently I am sure loans would come from our two biggest shareholders in preference to raising capital at this late stage.. Things will be a little clearer with the release of the quarterly.
I suspect the quarterly will also be positive which could give things a boost.
