If the old equity in part rinses out essentially. Who ends up with the majority of the new equity ?
- either its just a torpedo hole in the ship, more flooding than they can pump out, and its going down with more of the same ?
- or is it to transfer the equity of doubters who dont participate into a majority holder ?
It stinks. And it didnt need to. It could have been a 1-1 say at 45c and the support would have essentially been the same, except that this question over why they rinsed the old equity out (if people dont take up rights).
Most CRs dont leave those who dont participate with pennies in the dollar.
My filter for more of money into anything says, "If in doubt, stay out."
