At least management can see the positive side of all of this. Now they have those fraud allegations out in the open and warned investors not to place any value whatsoever on the investments, they can say there's "Full Reporting" in USA and Australia.
But the stock is no longer undervalued, assets are no longer diversified (because they don't have any), and management expertise is not worth mentioning any more.
