Well there you go, exactly as most of us here has been calling it.
Company is working away in the background on design, procurement and tendering, whilst financing is being sorted out. I don't anticipate much change, even after financing is sorted, the tendering, design and procurement works will be ongoing for months!
Plenty of office work happening, safe and sound indoors.
