I still cant understand how on earth they couldn't make a success of this well established business. I am still shaking my head at how Management took a perfectly fine and successful company and completely turned it around it, not in a good way, driving it into the ground and out of existence.

My advice is to keep an eye on these directors and senior management including the company secretary mentioned in this release and avoid investing your hard earned into any companies or businesses they are involved in.
