They should have refreshed the board before doing the rights issue. It should all have been announced with the ExciteIT acquisition.
These guys are scrambling and market participants can see how clueless they are.
Its a complete disaster overseen by only a few. How they have been allowed to remain amazes me.
You are better off spending your rights issue money on Hookers and Blow ffs.
