Well if you believe that Minerva doesn't have $18 million then why on earth would they pay almost $4 million in non-refundable deposits knowing they have essentially donated all that money to Fiona & Gino if they were to walk away
The non-refundable deposits are the key to Minerva's intentions & they have had a good 6 months to think about this when initial purchase made in September
I've heard from a fellow shareholder that new site visits are being organised.
